 Ambassador of Cameroon in France

 Born on 09 July 1949, in Cameroon

 Married and father of 4 children

 Post graduate studies : Dr in political sciences (International Relations)

 Carrier Diplomat with the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary. As civil servant since 1976.

 Has been assigned to various administrations (Presidency of the Republic, Ministry of  External Relations in Yaoundé ) and diplomatic Missions namely as :

 •  2 nd and first Secretary at Ottawa (Canada)

 •  Counsellor Political Affairs in Paris (France)

 •  Consul in Marseille (France)

 •  Director of Francophonie countries, Ministry of External Affairs, Yaoundé (Cameroon)

 •  As of May 2002, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cameroon to Japan and the Republic of Korea with Residence in Tokyo.

 •  Since October 2006 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cameroon in France, Portugal and Grece with Residence in Paris.

 Took part as member of the official delegation of Cameroon in different international  Conferences such as :

 •  UNESCO Executive Council and General Assembly Meetings, 1986-1991

 •  Francophone General Assembly and Heads of State Summit, 1997-2001

 •  General Assembly of the United Nations, 1997-2001

 •  Heads of State Summit of Afrique-France, 2000

 •  World Water Forum Kyoto, March 2003

 •  Global Forum III on Fighting Corruption and Safeguarding Integrity, Seoul May 2003

 •  TICAD III Summit, Tokyo September 2003

 He plays an active role within the Africa Diplomatic Corps (ADC) in Tokyo in other key  issues to promote a collective diplomacy between Japan and Africa namely as :

 •  Chairman of the Organising Committee for the Celebration of the 2004 Africa Union  Day in Tokyo

 •  Member of the Africa Diplomatic Corps and ad hoc Committee on Aichi Expo 2005  (Japan)

 •  Chairman of the Africa Diplomatic Corps Committee for cooperation with Tokushukai  Medical Corporation (TMC) at Tokyo

 •  Spokesperson of the Africa Timber Producers Caucus of ITTO (International Tropical Timber Organisation)

 Has traveled in a quite large number of countries throughout Africa, America, Asia,  Europe, Middle East, etc

 Has been awarded national and international medals:

 •  Order of the Knight of Valour (Cameroon)

 •  Order of the Knight of the Pléiade (Francophonie)

 •  Commander of the Order of the Pléiade (Francophonie)

 Hobbies : Soccer fan, enjoys walking, swimming and reading.
